DENSO rewards associate with new truck

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. – One DENSO Manufacturing Michigan, Inc. (DMMI) associate will be riding in style when he is awarded the keys to the brand-new truck he earned for his outstanding participation in the company suggestion program.

Dale Greer, who has worked in DMMI’s Tool and Die Department since 1987, began submitting suggestions for company improvements in 1990 as part of the BEAM program, Because Every Associate Matters. BEAM points are awarded for all implemented suggestions. Greer has submitted seven suggestions, resulting in significant cost savings for the company.

“Dale’s suggestions show a great deal of creativity and thoughtfulness, as well as hard work,” said DMMI President Takeshi “Jim” Tsuboi.

Dale chose a 2001 Toyota Tundra and will accept the keys to his new truck from DMMI President Takeshi “Jim” Tsuboi at a special ceremony August 1 at 1 p.m. in the plant. ###
